As the first designer to join DTCC Digital, I helped shape the company’s design culture, built a team of 3 amazing designers, and launch a digital wallet mobile app for the US market. During this time, I gained valuable experience in blockchain, learnt how to be better leader, and deepened my understanding of the role business plays in design.

I started my design career at Mirum, where I worked on information architecture and navigation for real estate marketplace. It was an incredible learning experience that shaped my content-first approach to designing scalable products.
Learning about design, tech and human psychology
Before transitioning to design, I spent 4 years working as a flight attendant for Emirates Airline, which gave me the opportunity to learn about different cultures and human behaviors. During that time, I realised many issues onboard could be avoided by creating better booking experiences. This sparked my curiosity about how technology can improve people’s lives.
